A3s Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the a3s platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for or using the a3s platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Use of the a3s platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- You are using this platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity without prior written authorisation from a3s.
- You must not be located in a region or jurisdiction where online gambling is wholly prohibited under local law.
- You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete and up to date.
A3s reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate access for any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the a3s platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice.
During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid email address and any other requested information. You are solely responsible for keeping this information current. Any losses arising from inaccurate information are entirely the user's responsibility.
Regarding account security, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any party.
- Ensuring you log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Notify a3s immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support email.
- Being responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets placed or transactions made.
A3s shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, unless negligence on the part of a3s has been established.
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the a3s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX and bank transfers via major Malaysian banks.
Deposits:
- Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received from the payment service provider.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- A3s is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawal:
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your name only. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before approval, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
- A3s reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals suspected of involving fraud or a breach of terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
- All winnings claimed must have been genuinely earned through legitimate gaming activity on the platform.
Platform Terms of Use and Liability Limitations
Users of the a3s platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform or manipulate game outcomes.
- Sharing, selling or transferring ownership of your account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification or money laundering through the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stipulated terms and conditions.
- Disrupting platform operations or attempting to access systems outside the scope of normal use.
Regarding liability limitations, a3s shall not be held responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
- Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- Any damage to the user's device arising from use of the platform.
A3s's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property
A3s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, whether temporarily or permanently, in the event that:
- The user is found to have violated any terms set out in this document.
- There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse or illegal activity.
- The user fails to complete the requested identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period with no transaction activity.
In the event of account closure for reasons not involving fraud, any valid balance may be claimed by the user through the support channel within the stipulated period.
Intellectual Property: All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials on the a3s platform are the exclusive property of a3s or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or reuse any of this content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: The a3s platform may contain links or references to third-party services. a3s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
A3s reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
In the event of significant changes, a3s will endeavour to notify users via their registered email address or through a notice posted on the platform.
Governing Law:These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the a3s platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
